The ground floor plan has an American kitchen integrated with the dining room that allows access to the outdoor area at the back of the land. At the front there is a living room and a garage with space for 1 car. 

On the upper floor is located the intimate area with 1 master suite with dressing room, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
